When you travel is good to learn some basic words of the country that you will travel through .. In Fiji there is a magic word that sound a little bit funny but it means a lot in this country is “BULA” …. just listen this word you can imagine the beautiful smile of this population . Bula means HALLO … bula means WELCOME … bula means GOOD … bula means a lot of things ( things , things ,things in FIJI ) …there are few other words that is important to know : VINAKA ( thanks) KANA ( to eat or food ) KEREKERE (please) .. GUNU (to drink or drink ) MOCE (bye or sleep )

GALO (swim) WASAWASA (ocean) but don’t forget to smile always because FIJI is FIJI .
